Kyle is the Senior Leader and Pastor of Revival Here Ministries. A former Military Combat Pilot, he brings courage, clarity, and steady leadership to everything he does. Earning his doctorate in ministry leadership and with over 16 years of preaching and teaching God’s Word, Kyle has served on leadership teams at three churches and as Senior Leader of two. He is passionate about helping people grow in their faith and building strong, life-giving communities. Kyle is married with kiddos and loves sports, the outdoors, and farm life.

Kearns-Hodges
Jacqueline is a servant of Jesus, a transformational leader, and strategist, who carries a deep passion for equipping people and building ministries that thrive. She has two decades of professional experience across educational leadership and holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a focus on transformational change and research centered on the role of grit in leadership and sustained success.
Jacqueline also has nearly 20 years of experience serving the Church through a wide range of voluntary ministry roles, including coaching missionary-training interns, prophetic ministry, children’s ministry, digital and social media, and leading multiple small groups and studies. She has extensive experience in strengthening church infrastructure through strategic planning, operational leadership, growth initiatives, and financial stewardship. Her leadership is marked by both spiritual sensitivity and practical application, enabling her to contribute to building ministries that are not only Spirit-led but also structurally sound.

Gina Fitch
Gina is a devoted follower of Jesus, a loving wife and mom of three, and a faithful servant with a heart to see women equipped, empowered, and walking boldly in their God-given calling. With over five years of experience as a Women’s Pastor and three years as a Youth Pastor, Gina carries a deep passion for discipleship, mentorship, and building authentic, Spirit-led community, with a heart to connect and serve people beyond the four walls of the church.
As both a small-business owner for more than a decade and a trained florist, Gina brings a unique blend of leadership, creativity, and excellence into every area of ministry. Her gift for creating welcoming environments, developing teams, and organizing impactful outreach helps cultivate spaces where people encounter God and step into His mission by mobilizing believers to live out their faith through compassion, service, and intentional relationships.

Sarah has an intentional and passionate approach to making every person who walks through the doors feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Growing up watching her father build churches, she learned that the true strength of a church is found in the small, meaningful connections between people. Her work in pharmacy has instilled strong values of attentiveness, service, and meaningful connection which are qualities that naturally flow into her ministry. As a mother, she has developed a deeper sense of patience, compassion, and selflessness that shapes the way she cares for others. Being part of leadership has also given her the privilege of learning from some of the strongest examples of Christians in her life, which continues to shape how she serves. Known for her dependable spirit and genuine kindness, Sarah is passionate about creating an atmosphere where no one feels like a stranger.
Sarah Durham
Director of Hospitality
Jaclyn oversees internal and external events as well as small‑group ministry with intentionality and care. Her first ministry was leading a Motherhood Ministry with over 50 participants with many tuning in across the country. She has spent the last 5 years supporting churches, faith-based non-profits, and businesses in social media marketing, fundraising, event planning, office administration, and creative communication. As a current Brand Marketing Specialist with a background in computer science and photography, she brings data‑driven planning, strong communication, and creative aesthetics to every project she leads. Jaclyn has played a key role in organizing and marketing small group gatherings, church conferences, community events, nonprofit fundraisers, evangelism efforts, and other faith-based events and activities (some to the point of virality). As a wife and a mother, she values a family atmosphere and prioritizes activities that foster genuine connection in our church body. As a lifelong overachiever and Christ-focused leader, she pushes Revival Here to make room for others and go further for the Kingdom.
Jaclyn Fitch
Director of Engagement and Outreach
Jay is a husband, father, and disciple who brings energy, heart, and practical leadership to our ministry. He has prior experience as a worship leader and has served specifically in student ministry for over three years: helping lead youth services, discipleship nights, and supporting retreats. With a business management degree and a background as a collegiate athlete, Jay blends organization, teamwork, and a competitive drive that helps others grow in both community and spiritual maturity. Throughout the week, Jay can be found coaching t‑ball, praying with strangers in public, and hosting Oikos! He is known for his humor, consistency, and ability to connect with those who might otherwise slip through the cracks. Jay is a big, loving goofball with a pastor’s heart — committed to raising up a generation that knows God, loves people, and walks confidently in their calling.
